Ines Honfi was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She graduated from the Argentinean Art Academy in 1995. She moved to Denmark in 2006.
In 2002 she started to practice yoga, meditation and Tantra. Through these millenarian traditions
she discovered a new perspective to look upon life and Art which was immediately reflected in her paintings. In 2008 she graduated as Yoga Teacher in Natha yoga center.

The source of her inspiration is everything beautiful that surrounds as, pure colors,
organic forms, magic lights, the perfection of nature, the forms of the trees, shells, the color of the birds,
the sky, the wonderful flowers and the creation in itself.
Since she started to paint she felt attracted to reflect uplifting, paradisaical and beautiful images
to give to people happiness, joy and optimism, to realize the miracle of being alive.
Her art work is supported by meditation and yoga practice which became the gate to access
the most amazing inspiration.
The feminine figures in her work are represented in a divine and archetypal way,
showing their soul and beautiful nature.
The couples are in ecstatic mystic union, transcending their bodies into sublime love.

She is working in parallel with some themes like Angels, Divine Couple, Passion, Paradisaical landscapes and lately she finished to paint the Yantras of the Ten Cosmic Powers. These Cosmic powers are ten different faces of God, ten distinctive manifestations of the feminine nature. See more in Galleries.

From 1994 she is teaching children and adults in my workshop.
The concept in these courses is to awaken inspiration and creativity in freedom
and in a harmonious atmosphere, teaching how to express positive and optimistic states
through painting and many different other techniques.

In 2004, 2005 and 2006 she participated as a painting teacher in the “Artediem International Art camp”
in Arcos, Romania and in 2006 Artediem Tantra Art Community, Denmark.
In this camp the main propose was to trigger, through artistic emotions, high spiritual states of consciousness and to make the students understand the role of Art in spiritual evolution.

Currently she is making seminars and lectures, about “The process of inspiration”,
“The difference between Objective and Subjective Art”, “Tantric Art”, “Sensual Art”, etc.
She is teaching painting and drawing at Eden Art Gallery, Vesterbrogade 97, København V.

Also she is teaching Art Clubs in different International Schools in Copenhagen

She was always attracted to interior decoration, how to transform a space into another world
